Re: System Offices Telecommuting Guidelines
You just received a communication from President Killeen regarding Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s address. Given the potential impact of K-12 school closures on working parents, as a reminder, certain positions within the Systems Offices may be performed remotely on an as needed basis with supervisor approval. Please review the System Offices Telecommuting Guidelines for specific provisions. If your supervisor identifies telecommuting as an alternative working arrangement for specific situations in your position, the approval to do so may be obtained in one of three ways at this time:
- Complete and submit the electronic routable form if you do not already have one on file with System HR; or,
- Download the printable form and submit to your supervisor; or,
- Acknowledge via email to your supervisor that you have reviewed the guidelines and receive approval from him/her via email.
